Brookshire Brothers "Script Saver" Program Details

1. The Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy “Script Saver” generic prescription program is offered to you by PBA Health.
2. Script Saver applies to certain generic drugs at commonly prescribed dosages. You may obtain a list of generics drugs and dosages covered under the program at www.brookshirebrothers.com or at any Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy. The drug list may change and also may vary by state.
3. Not all generic prescriptions are included in this program. Ask your prescriber to recommend a generic alternative to your current medication. Not all formulations of a drug are covered under the Script Saver Program.
4. Under the Script Saver program, the $4 is the price for up to a 30-day supply of certain covered generics at commonly prescribed dosages. The $10 is the price of a 90-day supply of certain covered generic drugs at commonly prescribed dosages. *TYPICAL DOSAGES ONLY. HIGHER DOSAGE MAY VARY IN PRICE.
5. Prescriptions must be filled in person. Refills must be picked up the store. There are no substitutions or mail orders.
